Mood31 collects nothing. Everything you create stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising.
What we collect
Nothing. Mood31 does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. We have no servers that receive your data, and no way to see what you put in the app.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter — calendar emoji, images, titles, and notes — is saved locally on your device only. This includes:
- Emoji and images you add to individual dates
- Calendar titles and handwritten annotations
- Your language, font, and display preferences
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.
Photos
Mood31 has no permission to read your photo library, and cannot browse it.
When you add a photo to a date, iOS shows its own photo picker and hands Mood31 only the single image you chose. That image is then resized to a small thumbnail on your device and saved locally. The original photo is never copied or kept.
The one permission Mood31 does request is add-only access, so it can save a finished calendar image to your library when you ask it to. Add-only access lets an app write a photo; it does not let the app read anything.
Exporting and sharing
Mood31 can turn your calendar into an image. That image is created on your device. What happens to it afterwards is entirely up to you — if you share it, you are sharing it directly through the app or service you choose, not through us.
No network access
Mood31 makes no network requests at all. Fonts and every other resource are bundled inside the app. Even with a connection available, the app does not contact anything — which is also why it works identically offline.
No third parties
Mood31 contains no analytics tools, no advertising networks, no crash reporting services, and no third-party tracking of any kind. No third party receives information about you through this app.
Deleting your data
You can clear any individual date inside the app. To remove everything, delete Mood31 from your device — this permanently erases all data the app has stored. Because nothing is backed up to us, deleted data cannot be recovered.
Children
Mood31 is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Since the app collects no data at all, there is nothing for a child — or an adult — to disclose.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Meaningful changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
